The space
Situated two roads back from the High Street this spacious villa offers the discerning guest a level of accommodation, privacy and space that is difficult to replicate elsewhere in the village. The villa boasts over 600 square meters of accommodation as well as an expansive outdoor entertainment area and large swimming pool.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 generous ensuite bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, and 4 on the first floor, making the villa accessible for those who struggle with stairs.
Rates are calculated on the basis of 2 guests per room for groups of 6 or less. A nominal rate will apply for groups of 6 or less who require single room occupancy. Payment can be arranged upon arrival. Please contact us for more details.
All the main entertaining areas are accessible to guests. Superb indoor areas with high ceilings, wooden floors, open fireplaces and beautifully decorated throughout. This property includes a daily housekeeping service.
There is a delightful and functional covered outdoor entertainment area with comfy casual seating, dining table and a built in BBQ. In the pretty landscaped gardens, you can simply relax by the pool, read in a quiet part of the garden or pick your own herbs, pomegranates and limes.
The fabulous well-stocked open plan kitchen/breakfast room has everything you will need for your stay, including:
• Gas hob and 2 electric ovens
• Nespresso and filter coffee machines
• Microwave
• American style fridge/freezer
• Wine fridge
• Juicer and blender
Off the kitchen / family room there is a comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, TV and air conditioning. There is also a second separate casual snug/family room with TV , wood burning fireplace and family board games.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all the entertainment and living areas and sole use of the large swimming pool. Private access through front gate. Secure parking.

The property has solar panels, battery storage and inverters to provide electricity and internet coverage during Eskom load shedding.
We cannot unfortunately accept children under the age of 8. In special circumstances and at the discretion of the owner exceptions may be made. Please enquire.

- Check-in is from 14:00 – 18:00 each day – if you require a later check-in please let us know
- Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00
- Late checkouts will be charged as follows:
- 11:00 – 13:00 – 20% daily rate
- After 13:00 – A full night’s stay
- No pets are allowed, and the house is non-smoking.
- No parties or functions allowed
- Quiet time after 22:00 in the evenings
- Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.
Deposit Policy
- 100% Payment required if the booking is made within 21 days of arrival
- 50% deposit on making of reservation
- The remainder is to be paid 21 days before arrival
Cancellation policy – if you booked a certain rate, please note the different cancellation policies associated with the rate.
21 Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay
2. Cancellations 0 – 21 days before arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay
3. Cancellations 22 – 31 days or more before arrival may be canceled free of charge
Non-Refundable (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” or cancellations will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay
Refunds - All refunds will have a 5% handling and administration fee
